Hi, has anyone had any luck repairing a frayed zip? The cotton on the side of the zips metal teeth, at the bottom of the doorway has worn through, causing a slit, in the middle. So the zip needs pulling carefully across to close it. It'll prob get worse and I'm not sure whether a home repair would be worth bothering with. Thanks

Hmm...not sure if this will work but depending where the fray is can you sew it with a loop of fishing line? I know i keep going on about it but it really is useful for a variety of repair jobs as it is very strong with a bit of give. daumen_hoch

I'll take a another look to see how close the zip teeth are, as it won't close if the repair is bulky. A piece of fine line might work and would be strong. Thanks for that.

Maybe it needs a new zip if repair isn't possible?
